The examination and cleaning
process starts with receipt of the core, which
is inspected and tested.
Upon approval each compressor is completely dismantled into component parts. Each item progresses through an area where a variety of unique cleaning and inspection process equipment is used. Any damaged or worn parts are automatically replaced with factory NEW components and the remaining components are checked and reworked back to OE specification. The compressor is then reassembled. A carefully laid out production assembly area and attention to detail ensures that all compressors follow the OEM process of assembly, ensuring an OE quality product.
